DVD Replication is the process of choice for high capacity (DVD-5 format: 4.7GB, DVD-9 format: 8.5GB, DVD-10 format: 9.4GB and DVD-18 format: 17GB) data, video movie and high capacity audio requirements. For example, companies with multiple training CD-Rs, can now readily combine all the training materials onto a vastly reduced number of DVDs, making the DVD process highly cost effective. (eg., a 5 CD-R set each with 640MB of information will easily fit on one DVD Disc - DVD-5 format with 4.7GB capacity) |

If you need a professional service at reasonable rates for small numbers of pressed DVDs, we start from as few as 300 - so you have the chance to test your market without a huge initial investment. The unit cost is higher, of course, but once the Glass Master is made, any subsequent runs of the same material will be less costly. To keep the overall costs down you may opt for single-colour on-body printing, directly onto the silver disc surface. Your pressed DVDs can be delivered on spindles, or packed into clear plastic sleeves, Amaray-style DVD cases, or other packaging of your choice, with printed booklets and inlays if required. We provide you with all the templates you need to produce the artwork for your DVD production. If you are selling in retail stores you will want the packs cellophane-wrapped, and if you wish we can help you obtain your own Bar Codes. |

For quantities of 500 or more replicated DVDs the unit cost falls significantly as volume increases. The standard glass mastering charge is £180 but for quantities over 2000 this is included. You have a choice of full-colour silkscreen or offset litho on-body printing. The discs can be returned to you on spindles, or in the packaging of your choice, for example plastic wallets, jewel cases (with or without printed inserts), Amaray-style cases, or Digipaks. We partner with Sony to offer copy protection for your DVD-ROM productions. SecuROM™ is applicable to markets that have not previously benefited from copy control technology. Publishers of Business Software, Home Software, Learning Software, and Reference Database software all stand to benefit from CD copy protection. An electronic keycode is applied to each disc for differentiating an authentic DVD-ROM from a pirated copy. To protect Games DVD-ROMs the highest level of security is required: SecuROM™ allows for a customized level of crack protection, protects against virtual drive emulators, and checks for the original disc every time the game is launched. The SecuROM™ Business Edition, on the other hand, provides flexible disc checks that allow the publisher to specify when and how often disc authentication checks are made. In other words, the original disc does not have to be in the drive each and every time a protected application is launched. This Security system can be operated in a networked environment.
