Since 1982 DRA has provided business consultancy and turnkey software solutions.
Expertise in MicroPro software culminated in publication of three books; we developed
and managed the first UK national PC helpline, later taken on by Dixon's/MasterCare;
also developed in-house the Perfect Match database contact management program.
Our client list includes Dixon's, MasterCare, European Electronic Messaging Association,
Oxford University Business Summer School, Open University Educational Enterprises,
and many small business customers. In the later part of this period DRA focused its attentions on web site consultancy
and development, web site branding and content strategy, and the provision of contact management database solutions.
From 2001 to Current:
DRA's current areas of interest include a comprehensive range of DVD and CD production services: DVD and CD replication, DVD and CD duplication,
Music CD and CD Audio replication, DVD and CD Copy Protection services, VHS video tape and Cassette duplication, high quality DVD and CD
production papers and support services for DVD and CD mastering.
Principals:
Jane Davis: MD, CEO. Founder. Prior
to forming DRA, Jane spent over 20 years
in fundamental research in academia in the the fields of cancer
research, lung physiology and atherosclerosis. Since 1982
she has applied her research experience, creative insights,
writing talents, organisation and powerful communication
skills to set and steer the course of DRA
in the IT marketplace.
Dr Barry T Rubin:
Technical Director, Chairman. Founder.
Prior to forming DRA, Barry spent over 20
years in fundamental research in academia in the fields of physical
chemistry, electrochemistry, metallurgy, atherosclerosis, plant membrane
physiology, etc. Barry's research experience of
combining experimental design with theoretical modelling is
characteristic of his thorough and innovative scientific approach
to all technical problems. Since 1982 he
has extended and applied his professional analytic and creative abilities to
business consultancy. His primary role in DRA is to
analyse client requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Herman Lagendijk:
Partner, European Operations. Prior to joining DRA, Herman spent over 30 years
in international logistics and consulting, most recently as a senior advisor to
the European Bank advising on transport related matters in the emerging economies.
His role in DRA is to expand the business to Continental Europe.
